Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable products, templates, guides, workbooks, courses, and similar digital content are generally final.
Refunds may be considered only in cases of duplicate purchases, billing errors, or technical issues that prevent access to the purchased product and cannot be resolved.
Courses & Membership
If online courses or memberships are offered in the future, any course-specific and membership refund terms will be clearly stated on the sales page and will take precedence over this general policy.
